Perfectly suited for using up space in narrow spaces, Timmons is a beautiful all-caps typeface that is a great choice for editorial work, especially in large titles and headlines. It was originally created for a Jazz FM project and later on reworked for an NYT project and the jazzy groove of NYC can certainly be seen in the letter shapes.
